It is the perfect bas for your holiday in Marlborough where you can make the most of the Water Activities on the Sounds or the Wineries etc in the heart of Marlborough, only 20 minutes away.

A Modern comfortable house with all new furnishings. Stunning views from the kitchen, dining and living areas as well as the master bedroom. These rooms open out onto deck with BBQ and out door table and chairs. The modern kitchen has an electric stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. The sitting area has free view T.V. DVD Player. There is a Washing machine and Tub The Beds have duvets and pillows Mobile phone coverage are both Telecom and Vodafone.

This view was magnificent and the fact that it was relatively new meant we could enjoy the place in total comfort. As well as the obvious attractions of the Sounds, we also enjoyed being close to the wineries and Havelock where we wandered amongst the boats at the marina (and met some lovely locals).".
