This delightful 2 bedroomed cottage and shower toilet and vanity also has a separate sleep out with double bed and an modern ensuite. Mahau Magic has all the essentials for a relaxing Sounds holiday. With it's own Private Beach across the road from the house,(may not be suitable for young children) mooring and dinghy available free for your use, bush surrounds and bush walks, wonderful sea views, the last of the evening sun and a perfect spot by the water for a evening BBQ on those lovely summer evenings. Ideal fiishing from the beach for that snapper handy to the Queen Charlotte Track for your mountain biking and walking.Plenty of bird life including tuis and bell birds.

This well equipped cottage has a sitting room with kitchen adjacent. There is a gas hob and oven, fridge - freezer. A Log fire, (Wood supplied) washing machine. the Sitting room opens out to deck and the garden with views over the Mahau Sound. It is a 25 minute drive from Havelock or Picton and there is a small store/garage 15 minutes drive at Linkwater for your milk papers etc. This is the perfect location to base yourselves for that Marlborough Holiday and it is only a one and a half hours run through to Nelson.
