The house has been tastefully renovated with a modern kitchen with Log fire, dishwasher, walk in pantry etc. There are 2 modern bathrooms and a sitting room with an open fire. The area is an ideal base for mountain biking and walking. Kenepuru is snapper and green mussel country. Boats can be launched from the area but as an alternative to driving around to Waitaria, boating and tying up on a mooring is a comfortable alternative.
